The Parish Council is a team of men and women at City of Light who provide prayerful oversight and accountability for church resources of prayer, facility, finances, and staff. Council members serve a 3 year term, providing both continuity and new leaders with fresh input.

Our Church Family
We're part of the Anglican Church of North America, and more specifically—the Diocese of the Upper Midwest. Our family of churches is overseen by Bishop Stewart Ruch III—who helps connect us to one another and to the broader church, provides accountability and support, and pastors our pastors here at City of Light.
